TheOpsMaster ("TheOpsMaster", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Nipun Mahajan, a sole proprietorship, and provides a platform that helps service businesses manage WhatsApp conversations, bookings, payments, inventory, reminders, and follow-ups from one place ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account data: name, email, phone number, and login credentials for admins, staff, and other users of a business account on TheOpsMaster.
• Business and customer contact data: business details, and the names, phone numbers, and related details of the end customers that a business communicates with through the Service.
• WhatsApp messages and media: messages, message metadata, and media (images, documents, etc.) sent and received through the WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API, which we process on behalf of the businesses using our Service.
• Booking and payment data: appointment, booking, order, inventory, and payment-related records needed to operate a business's day-to-day operations, including payment status and transaction references.
• Operational data: logs, device and usage information, and other data generated through normal use of the Service.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on trusted third-party service providers to operate TheOpsMaster, including:

• Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) — to send and receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of businesses.
• Supabase — for database hosting, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — for application hosting and delivery.
• Razorpay — for processing payments and payment links.
• Resend — for sending transactional emails.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their part of the Service and are bound by their own privacy and data-protection terms.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and other notifications;
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
• Maintain the security and integrity of our platform;
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We only share information with the service providers listed above, to the extent necessary for them to perform their function for us, or when required by law.
