Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: July 2, 2026

If you are a business user, customer, or end user of TheOpsMaster and would like your data deleted, you can request deletion by emailing us. This is currently a manual request process — we do not yet offer an automated self-service deletion flow.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to agents.1093@gmail.com with the subject line:

TheOpsMaster Data Deletion Request

Please include the following in your email:

• Your business name (if applicable);
• The account email or phone number associated with the data;
• A description of what data you want deleted (e.g. your account, customer records, message history, or all data associated with a business).

What Happens Next

We will review your request and process the deletion of the specified data, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, or compliance reasons (for example, financial records that must be kept for a minimum period under applicable law). We will confirm with you once your request has been processed.
