Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of TheOpsMaster, a platform operated by Nipun Mahajan, a sole proprietorship ("TheOpsMaster", "we", "us", or "our"), available at theopsmaster.com and app.theopsmaster.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

TheOpsMaster helps service businesses manage WhatsApp conversations, bookings, payments, inventory, reminders, and follow-ups. You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Business User Responsibilities

If you use TheOpsMaster on behalf of a business, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring lawful, appropriate communication with your customers;
• Obtaining any required consent or opt-in from customers before messaging them over WhatsApp;
• The accuracy of the business and customer data you enter into the Service.

3. Third-Party Terms

Certain features of the Service rely on third-party platforms, including Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform, Razorpay, and other service providers. Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable third party's own terms of service and policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, or unauthorized messages;
• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
• Violate the rights of any third party.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheOpsMaster and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
